Yash Airth is a qualified therapist in Kinesiology (muscle testing),
Massage, anatomy physiology, and CranioSacral therapy. She developed
Polio from early on in her childhood. Her own understanding of her
disability and of her husbands' who has MS, has brought her to this part
in her life where she can help others through her own experiences and
of those around her.
"As a child I contracted polio and proceeded to grow up an angry person.
Then about 15 years ago my body became “mysteriously” ill . A search for a
“cure” eventually led me to meet a kinesiologist. Our friendship developed
and eventually she asked me a leading question .
“why had I chosen my disability”!!!
My angry retort was “I did not choose it, it happened to me”!!! Even now I giggle when repeating these words:
what a drama queen!!! However this question opened me up to a search and I began to listen and read
everything I could about spiritualism and our choices.
Although by trade I was a bank manager, my hobby was to study alternative therapies and whilst working I
studied an ITEC course in Anatomy, physiology and massage. When I started to practise massage,
interestingly most of my clients were people with disabilities!
I delved into crystals, aromatherapy oils, studied Kinesiology (posing interesting hurdles for my able bodied
colleagues), studied CranioSacral Therapy (had sessions in Florida, home of CST), used aura soma and then
colours to balance energies. When funds allowed I attended several workshops in varying subjects, attended
a spiritualist church and sat in a circle to develop my psyche but gave up and left it up to my higher self to
open my psyche and to allow my healing energies to flow. One thing always persisted in all my adventures;
the facilitators always said I was “special” and “very powerful”. I always dismissed this and insisted I was just
like the next Ms. Bloggs!
Although I “learnt” when actually performing a therapy my hands would always know where to go and what
to do, my mind remained quiet.
My journey took me to New Mexico, USA several times for past life regression. By using only my higher self as
a guide it ensured that I started listening to my inner voice: the voice of my higher self. The re-visiting of
past lives helped answer some questions but the lives themselves were unimportant, what was important
was to let go of the repetitive patterns and clear those lifetimes from my current life. Spiritually this released
me to be where I am today."
